The southern heat is rough

I am a northerner.

My family lived way up north in the mountains our entire childhood, & I never undoubtedly traveled far from lake beach house until after I graduated college & got married.

I met our hubby in college, & he was from down south. He did not have much family down there, so all of us never went to visit until after all of us were married. Both of us stayed with his cousin for a week, & that is when I decided that living down south was not for me. It was October, & it was warmer than our hottest summer time days up north. I felt love I was melting. Long story short, our hubby got an undoubtedly good task down south, & all of us moved down there. Both of us have been here for about 4years now, & I still cannot sit the tepid temperatures. My best buddy is a/c. My hubby jokes & says that I love a/c over him. I never go outside during the summer time months unless it is undoubtedly necessary. I spend most of our days either in our office at work or in our dining room. I do manage to go outside a little more during the wintertime, but it is still usually about sixty degrees. I use the a/c in our beach house year round, & it helps myself and others cope with living in such a tepid & humid weather conditions. My hubby is so used to the heat that he does not love the frigid beach house as much. He complains all the time about being frigid while he is in the house. He gets undoubtedly frigid at night as well, so I bought him a heated blanket, & it has helped. I wish all of us could find a cheerful medium.
